Over the past few years we have been working
with schools in East Sussex and Kent, helping students reach decisions about
education and careers and understand how strengths, interests and personality
fit together to inform ideas about career routes.
We work with students with very different abilities.
In March 2016 the Department of Education
published new statutory guidelines for careers, this
document states that governing bodies of schools have a statutory duty to
ensure that all registered pupils are provided with independent careers
guidance from year 8 to year 13. The careers guidance provided must be
independent – where independent is defined as being external to the school.
The support we offer can
takes the form of;
- One to one guidance
- Group workshops
- Strengths, interests and ability testing
(including dyslexia and Morrisby)
- Detailed personal profile reports and feedback
- Ongoing support
Support is delivered by Career Development Professionals who are qualified over and above the qualification level
recommended by Ofsted in their Statutory Guidelines for Career Guidance
Provision in Schools. Needless to say I and my associates have Enhanced DBS and full
professional indemnity insurance.
If you would like to receive a full proposal and contract of
engagement please click here and complete the form.

The test takes three hours and the output is a detailed, personalised report which shows how your aptitudes relate to relevant careers. Taking into account your qualifications, personality and work related interests, it suggests 12 careers you may wish to explore further. It also identifies suitable A levels or degrees if you are at that stage in your education.
